Our Process
Client Intake
Together we define the key points to build a profile of your ideal candidate. Valore will provide a custom made selection process for your company including an introductory meeting where we will work together to define your expectations for the position and the desired candidate’s profile. The preliminary outcome of this phase is an optimized job description.
CANDIDATES IDENTIFICATION
The next step involves starting our own search and reaching out to over 110 - 130 candidates per position. A number that is narrowed to 15 to 25 candidates through our rigorous selection screening process to create a pool of custom matched talented candidates. Each candidate will be interviewed over the phone and then by video conference or face to face meeting.
CANDIDATES SHORT LIST
We conduct several interviews to select the best group of candidates for you and we present you with a short list of minimum 3 candidates per position.
This entire process takes about 4 weeks.
CLIENT INTERVIEWS
You conduct final interviews with your chosen candidates, we help with the process and negotiation.
SEARCH CONCLUSION
You hire the best candidate for your organization.
